Hey y'all! TGIF! Friday is here! Whoo hoo! I hope you are having a fabulous day so far! I wanted to share a card I just finished up with you.
"You're Tutu Cute"
Supplies:
Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, The Paper Studio
Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee, Jillibean Soup
Ribbon: Ribbon FX (Hobby Lobby)
Pearls: Queen & Co.
Alphabet Stickers: Jillibean Soup
Electronic Cutter, Cartridges: Cricut (Provo Craft), Gypsy Wanderings
Electronic Software: Gypsy (Provo Craft), Sure Cuts A Lot (Craft Edge), My Scrap Chick
Font: Missed Your Exit
Embossing Machine, Embossing Folder: Cricut (Provo Craft), Swiss Dots
This card features an ADORABLE new SVG (fyi in case you don't know already, svg's can be cut with the Sure Cuts A Lot Software) I purchased today. Of course, I'm talking about that darlin' ballerina!!! Her name is Jillie Bean and she is from My Scrap Chick. There are 2 different Jillie Bean sets and you can find those HERE. (You'll have to scroll down a tad.) Each collection is $12, BUT they are having a SALE!!! Woot Woot! 60% off! I got both of the sets for $9.60! Yay! I just love them and had to cut one out right away.
I designed the shaped card base using my Gypsy. The scalloped rectangle is from Gypsy Wanderings. I cut the words 'you're and cute' out using SCAL also. This font is called 'Missed Your Exit.' I downloaded it for free HERE if you are interested in that. I used one of my favorite color combo's of black, lime green, and hot pink for this card.
Here is my card:

Isn't Jillie Bean just so cute?!!! I love her! Her little striped tights really made me giggle. I added some pearls to her hair for a barrette and onto her outfit. I popped her up a tad for extra dimension. I contemplated stamping a face on her using my Peachy Keen face stamps, but for some reason on this project, I liked her without a face. But I'll definitely try stamping the face on future projects.
To show the dimension of the card...
Oooh, and I had to share my new goody I received in the mail today. I have needed a cover for my Cricut Expression for such a long time. I've been covering it up with an old dish towel. Well, once I got in my new scrappy space, I decided I just had to have me a cuter cover. So I ordered this one on Ebay. It is more lime green than is showing in the picture. I ordered it from Cre8tive Creations. It was $21 and worth every penny! It is lined with the softest fabric and top quality! I love it! If you would like to check out the Cre8tive Creations store for yourself, HERE is the link to that on Ebay.
Well, I'm off to scrap some more. Hopefully I'll be back tomorrow or Sunday with some new scrappiness!
I hope you all have a spectacular weekend! Thanks for dropping in today!
Happy Scrappin'!

I purchased the Valentine's set of the Jillie Bean! the are adorable, but have not yet cut any.... you did a great job with the color combo (of course if you know me I love green anything). I too own PK stamps, but I think on this card you chose well by going faceless. Love it! Gaby
Oh, Aymee, it's tu-tu cute!!! Love it!
Aymee that is just the cutest card. I really wish anything I make would turn out half as nice as your work always does.
