Mornin' Y'all! I hope you are having a grand day so far! Happy Monday! Did you have a nice weekend? I hope so! Me and the hubby had a lazy weekend and it was wonderful. We spent all day Saturday veggin' in front of the TV watching the Hallmark Channel. They were having an 'Empty Nest' marathon. Does anyone out there remember that show? It was on in the 80's. The characters on the show lived on the same street as the characters from 'The Golden Girls'...which is, by the way, my all time favorite show! LOL. I kept trying to tell my Mom what I was watching and she had never heard of 'Empty Nest.' I just adore that show! Someone out there, please tell me you remember that show! LOL!
Anyways, I did squeeze in a little scrappin' and I have a project to share with you today. I created this project for my DT blog posting on She's A Sassy Lady. For the posting, with full instructions on the project, go HERE. My project is a little hanging topiary decorated in an Easter theme. I hope to hang this in my kitchen when I decorate for Easter.
Supplies:
Cardstock: The Paper Studio
Patterned Paper: American Crafts
Ribbon: Offray
Twine: Divine Twine
Glitter Glue: Stickles (Ranger Industries)
Pearls: Queen & Co.
Template: Heather Bailey Design
Electronic Cutter, Cartridges: Cricut (Provo Craft), Plantin' Schoolbook & Simply Charmed
Electronic Cutter Software: Gypsy
Embossing Machine, Folder: Cuttlebug (Provo Craft), Swiss Dots
I used Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to adhere my ribbon/bow.
I added this cute little chick to the bottom. He is from the Simply Charmed cartridge.
That's all for me today. I hope you all have a fabulous day! Thanks for visiting my blog!
Happy Scrappin'! Hugs!
