Happy Wednesday yall! I have had so many people ask me about the recipe for my banana pudding that I thought I would share. It is the simplest of recipes and is soooo yummy!!!
Easy Banana Pudding
1-3.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c. cold water
1-can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. whipped topping
24 to 32 vanilla wafers
3 to 4 banana's; sliced
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, water, and condensed milk; beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Chill for 5 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping. Layer wafers, pudding, and banana's. Chill until serving.
When I make this, I usually buy 2 boxes of vanilla wafers just to make sure I will have enough. I also buy the large container of whipped topping (Cool Whip) because I like to add a layer of it at the top. It helps to fill up the trifle bowl that I put mine in. You can get a trifle bowl at Wal Mart rather inexpensively.
Give it a try! I promise....it is pure heaven! Yummy!!!!
ALSO, I have had several people ask me about how I made the ribbon flower on my card for The Cuttlebug Spot this week. I got this idea from a post that Eva on Treasured Scrapbooking posted for us. Here is the tutorial on how to make your own ribbon flower....note, this is harder than the pudding! LOL

Thanks Aymee!!!! Smiles!! Dawn
Thanks for sharing the recipe - i LOVE bananas!!
Hi Aymee!! I make this pudding recipe too and it's sooooo yummy! I've never used the water though. I just use milk. Anyhoo, a friend of mine also adds in an 8 oz package of cream cheese. It's so smooth and yummy it'll make you slap your mama! (well, maybe not slap her, but you know what I mean! It's one of those "southern" terms :) Hugs...
Thanks for sharing your banana pudding recipe. Your daddy would love for me to make one. I will have to do that very soon. He is glad I am out of school so far because I have been cooking and doing all the housework. Also, thanks for providing a link to the ribbon tutorial. When can you post your DT work on your blog?
llbbff
You made it so beautifully too! What a gorgeous bowl of pudding. I love this, my Uncle Bill's wife was from Mississippi, and she made this all the time when we would visit them.
Thank you for the happy memory, and the recipe.
Hugz!
Yummy!
Thanks Aymee for the recipe. My hubby wanted me to mail you for it.
It sounds absolutely scrummy, think I'l be trying it over the weekend.
