Hey yall! Happy Wednesday! It has been one of those days for me. My poor hubby, Brandon, has come down with the stomach flu and is very sick. So I have been taking care of him all day. But once he went to bed, I sat down at my scrappy desk to create a few Christmas cards. Due to time constraints, this years Christmas cards are going to be very basic. I usually like to take my time and do my best with my Christmas cards, but this year, I just do not have the time. So I tried to make some pre-made, pre-printed card bases look as Christmassy as I could. I hope my friends and family will like these. I stamped the sentiment 'Merry Christmas' on the inside of each of these cards with a stamp from The Paper Studio. I also stamped on the back of the envelopes these will be sent in. For that I used a stamp from Studio G that says 'From Our Family To Yours.'
"O' Christmas Tree"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base: The Paper Studio
2. Cardstock: Die Cuts With a View
3. Patterned Paper: GCD Studios (I think....), Pink Paislee
4. Pearls: Queen & Company
5. Trim: Chatterbox
7. Border Punch: Martha Stewart Crafts
8. Die Cut Machine: Cricut (Provo Craft)
9. Die Cut Software: Sure Cuts A Lot (Craft Edge), My Scrap Chick
This tree is a paper pieced file from "The Night Before Christmas" set from My Scrap Chick. I used Zap Dots to pop it up for some dimension.
"Here Comes Santa Claus"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base, Cardstock, Ribbon: The Paper Studio
2. Patterned Paper, Border Punch: Martha Stewart Crafts
3. Glitter Glue: Stickles (Ranger)
4. Pearls: Queen & Co
6. Die Cut Machine: Cricut (Provo Craft)
7. Cartridge: Trim The Tree
This was the first time I used my new 'Trim The Tree' cartridge. I love this cartridge...so fancy schmancy!
"Ho Ho Ho"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base, Cardstock: The Paper Studio
2. Glitter Glue: Stickles (Ranger)
3. Adhesive: Helmar Zap Dots, Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner
4. Die Cut Machine: Cricut (Provo Craft)

6. Face Stamp: Peachy Keen Stamps
7. Ink: ColorBox (Clearsnap)
This Santa is another paper pieced file from My Scrap Chick. I believe it a $1 download...can't beat that. I made this one especially for my nephew Carter. I knew he would like to probably take the Santa Claus off the front and stick it somewhere.
"Snowman"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base, Ribbon: The Paper Studio
2. Chipboard Stickers: American Crafts
3. Adhesive: Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive
This one was the most basic card I made. I had this put together and ready to go in like 10 minutes.
"Pink Reindeer"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base, Cardstock: The Paper Studio
2. Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye
3. Trims: JoAnn
4. Border Punch: Martha Stewart Crafts
6. Die Cut Machine: Cricut (Provo Craft)
7. Die Cut Software: Sure Cuts A Lot (Craft Edge), svg file of deer made myself
I think of all the cards I put together today, this one is my favorite. I just love the pinks/greens and the little cutesy deer. And of course if it has trim on it, I'm sold.
Here's a pic so you can see the dimension the trim gives...
"Santa's Sleigh"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base, Cardstock: The Paper Studio
2. Adhesive: Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner, Helmar Zap Dots
3. Die Cut Machine: Cricut (Provo Craft)
4. Cartridge: Trim The Tree
Another card I made with the new 'Trim The Tree' cartridge. I wish they would put this on the Gypsy update already though. I had to cut this one out like 3 times to get it right. As where if I would of had my Gypsy and this cartridge on it, I could of seen before I cut and not wasted so much paper. So I definitely missed my Gypsy on this one!
"Iced Iced Baby"

1. Card Base, Cardstock, Ribbon, Trim: The Paper Studio
2. Patterned Paper: GCD Studios (I think...)
3. Border/Corner Punch: Martha Stewart Crafts

6. Die Cut Machine: Cricut (Provo Craft)
7. Die Cut Software: Sure Cuts A Lot (Craft Edge), My Scrap Chick
8. Face Stamps: Peachy Keen Stamps
9. Ink: ColorBox (Clearsnap)
These little gingerbread men are having an icing fight I reckon' and I think it is just too darn cute! I giggled the whole time I made this card. I know exactly who I will send this to...a certain young man with a sense of humor like mine....or at least I hope so! LOL! These gingerbread men are from the 'Gingerbread' set of svg's from My Scrap Chick. I think it was $19.99 for the whole set, but was on sale when I purchased it.
"MC (Merry Christmas)"
Supplies Used:
1. Card Base: The Paper Studio
2. Cardstock: Die Cuts With a View
3. Die Cut Card: Jenni Bowlin Studio
4. Chipboard Alphabet: American Crafts
5. Pearls: Queen & Co
6. Adhesive: Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner, Helmar Zap Dots
This was the last card I made today. I was going for a simple, clean look. I had a certain person in mind when I designed this one. Her home is very simple, but elegant and I hope this will look good in her home for the holidays.
So that is what I was up to all day. I need to get these sent out and that will be one thing marked off my holiday checklist. I hope you have enjoyed these. Again, they are all super simple but were fun to create!
Have a wonderful rest of your week! Happy Scrappin'!
