Treasured Scrapbooking October Reveal

Happy Thursday!!! How are ya? Can you believe how fast this week is going by??!!! Well, it's a new month...my fave month!!! This is my fave because it is my birthday month (Oct 4), fall is here, and Halloween! As always, the beginning of a new month means reveals at Treasured Scrapbooking. I was assigned to Kit #2 this month. It is chock full of all kinds of cute Halloween/fall papers, embellishments, ribbons, etc. I LOVE it!! I had so much fun working with these!!! Here is my layout #1 for the month.

"The Pick of the Patch"

I sanded around the edge of this picture to distress it a bit. The flourish is grungeboard by Tim Holtz. I inked it with brown ink. I also added in some gems, and a pumpkin cloth sticker.

I used a Martha Stewart border punch on a strip of paper and then pleated it. I used my sewing machine to stitch it down.
