"I'm The Big Brother" Notecard Gift Set

Hey guys! Happy Friday! Well, today is the BIG DAY!!! We go to pick up our new furbaby and I am sooooo EXCITED!!! I'll be sure to share lots of pix and hopefully some video. So stay tuned for one of the cutest furbabies you ever did see! Tee Hee!

In the meantime, I have a new project to share with you guys today. I've got a blog post going up over at the Momenta blog today and thought I'd share my project with you guys here as well. This project is for my sweet little nephew, Carter. As many of you know, Carter is going to be a new big brother this coming April! Our whole family is so excited and cannot wait to meet the new baby. Carter says he is going to take good care of 'his baby.' LOL! So I thought I'd make him a little notecard gift set so that he can send out cards to announce he is a new big brother.

I cut this notecard box out using my Cricut, Sure Cuts A Lot software, and a svg file from 'My Grafico.' The file is for a recipe card box, but works great for notecards as well. If you are interested in that file, go HERE to see that. I jazzed up the box and notecards with lots of yummy goodies from Momenta.

Oh Wow! This is all just perfection!!! I really love the box. I don't have SCAL but I am going to have to try to find something like this. I have been wanting to make some Christmas card sets to give out at work this year. Great idea! Can't wait to see pics of your new Furbaby! We are super excited for you!!!

Thanks guys! I will be sharing Yorkie stuff asap!

As for picture taking, I used a photo light studio thingie that a friend sent me. I take pix with a Canon Rebel. I then add the soft border in Adobe Photoshop. :)
