SFTIO DT Reveal #4

Good Morning! Happy Saturday to ya! I have another SFTIO (Scrapbooking From The Inside Out) layout to share with you today. As you may already know, SFTIO is a kit based club based on scrapbooking your emotions. This month's kit is themed around 'Wonder.' I love love LOVE this kit! The papers and embellies in it are yummo!!! Love 'em! But of course you already know this because you've heard me chattering about it all week, right?! LOL.
Today's layout is about a subject that has been on my heart for years...babies. My husband and I would love to start our family and have kids, but we are still waiting. It is the most frustrating thing I've ever dealt with and I know many of you already know that. This is not my first page on babies. But scrapping about it helps me a lot. I don't know if we ever will be parents, but in the meantime, hope is all we have and I have to scrap that hope!
This page features patterned paper from My Mind's Eye. I love all of the MME papers in this kit! They are just beautiful! The coral pink color in the floral patterned paper looks exactly like my bridesmaids dresses when I got married, so I was particularly fond of that sheet of paper. This page features more artwork found by our DT Coordination, Nancy, over at SFTIO. I love this artwork. The lady in the picture just looks like she is deep in thought and pondering. I love the mask she is holding too. The journaling for this page is hidden on a tag that pulls out from behind the photo. The photo is under a frame that came in the kit. I popped up the frame with Helmar Zap Dots so that I could slide the tag out from behind the photo. I cut the tag on my Cricut Expression die cutting machine using the Plantin' Schoolbook cartridge. I used the Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner for adhering all of my paper and Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to attach the blue trim. I did a bit of paper tearing on the edges of the cardstock and used leftover patterned paper behind the tears. I love the pop it gives to the edges. Here is my page:

I adore this blue trim that came with the kit! It is just beautiful!
Okie dokie, I have one  more SFTIO layout to share with you and I will do that tomorrow. I hope you'll join me for that!

As always, I appreciate you taking the time to stop by my blog! Have a fabulous weekend!

Happy Scrappin' to ya!

What a beautiful page. You two will make wonderful parents and I hope you are blessed with a child sometime soon.

I'm with ya Aymee.. my hubby and I have been trying for a long time and I started fertility meds 6 months ago. I know how frustrating it is. If you ever want to talk to someone who is in the same place - don't hesitate! You have inspired me to scrap my feelings.

Great page. Love the journaling.

I wonder ... how can I get a copy of the picture you used on your page? It is very cool. I'm not very good at navigating around blog pages yet but I did look at the SFTIO page and didn;t see it for sale there.
