Unscripted Sketch #15

Good Morning Saturday! How are yall doin' on this beautiful morning? Good I hope! As you know, Saturdays mean another fun sketch at Unscripted Sketches. We have another great sketch for you guys and would love for you to come out and play with us. Here is the link for you:

I had so much fun creating my project for this week. I sat down at my desk with the intentions to do a card and ended up with an altered project! Isn't scrappiness funny? Hee hee. Anywho, I altered a leftover Maya Road Chipboard tin. I had bought this chipboard a while back and thought the tin would be great to recycle. So that is what I did. I used a mixture of toile, ribbon, and twine on the handle. I used my Cuttlebug and the Script folder to emboss the blue cardstock. The patterned papers are by Jenni Bowlin and K & Co. (Amy Butler line). I also added some lace trim and some bling. Here is the front of the tin:

I also decorated the inside. I used the Cricut Cuttin' Up cartridge for my sentiment. I will write my own personal message on the red cardstock when I send this out. I thought I would put some scrappy goodies inside and send it out as a prize, RAK, or to one of my buddies.

The handle up close:

Oooh, and did you notice the new watermark?? One of our awesome designers at Unscripted Sketches, Jeryn, made us all one. Isn't it the cutest? A BIG thanks to Jeryn! You rock sista!
So do jump on over to Unscripted and check out my fellow DT Sisters projects. They are one group of talented ladies I tell ya! You will love it!
As always, thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful rest of the weekend! Take care and Happy Scrappin'!
