This week's challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot

Hey yall! This week's challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot was to create a card for your significant other. In my case, that would be my husband, Brandon. I decided to use one of my own sketches for this one. Now, I followed the sketch religiously, even using the same colors, but you could change this up any way that you wanted. Here is my original sketch:

And here is my card that I made:

I used a plastic embellishment from Fiskars for the heart. I ran it through the Cuttlebug using the D'Vine Swirl folder. I then added a 'love' sticker and some ribbon.

I also used the Swiss Dots and Script Embosssing Folders for this one. I did all of the stitching with my sewing machine. I traced the arrows from a template book I have and cut those out. Then, I just used 3 black brads.

This card was really very easy. I hope Brandon will like it. I think I will have it waiting for him when he returns from Philly. Just a little note on how much I love him, no special occasion needed.

Thanks for stopping in! Take care!

Cuttlehugs,
Aymee

Aymee,
These cards are so sweet! Using the animal print on the cards, I really like. I enjoy anything with animal print even clothes.
Your layouts are awesome also. The layout for your Mom is really nice. I know she will enjoy it.
I enjoy looking at your work and sketches also. Keep that awesome work coming to us.

I love how you used CropMom to create a sketch, then created the page in paper, Aymee! That's such a clever idea! I think your page turned out beautifully!
