Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Good Morning! Hope all of you are well on this Thanksgiving morning. I wanted to post some work that I have had done before I got started on today. Mom and I are cooking a Thanksgiving lunch today. Yum! I can't wait! My cold is really acting up again today! I tell you what, you think you are over this mess, and then it hits again! Ugh! But I am trying to make the best of the situation. I hope all of you have a great day today!

Now for the work I need to show ya. This first LO is for the Treasured Scrapbooking November Recipe Challenge. I 'ingredients' were to use: chipboard, a flower, bling, and both sides of patterned paper. This is a LO for my darling husband, Brandon. I used Thickers for my title. The chipboard is the little man next to the title, which was given to me by Cristal. I inked it up in a darker color. Isn't it the cutest thing? She game me a boy one and a girl one. They look like the symbols on a bathroom door. Love it! Too funny! Then for the bling I used some blue/green rhinestones and the heart rhinestones. I used a green prima flower and a bingo tag, also given to me by Cristal. I used my cricut to cut the owl, which I embellished with stickles. I also used my MS Doily Lace punch. I am in love with this paper!!! I got it during the Fiskafrenzy. So here is this one:

This second layout is for the Treasured Scrapbooking November "Use a Number In Your Title" challenge. This is of my Daddy and nephew Carter. More of that cute Sassafrass paper used. I also cut the embellishement from the leftover paper to use. I used foam thickers for my title. I also incorporated some brads and photo anchors (turn mounts.) My journaling is on the picture. So here is this one:

Third, here is another layout I started at the Fiskafrenzy crop. I LOVE this pic of Carter. It is just too cute. I used my cricut for the flourish. I used a metal embellishment. Me and Cristal split a pack of journaling sheets while I was in Nashville. So the journaling part is on some new stuff. I really like those journaling sheets. They help me out a ton!! Also, this paper is some that Fiskars graciously gave us at the event. I also distressed it up a bit. Here is this one:

Next, this LO is for the November Sketch Challenge at Treasured Scrapbooking. More of that cute paper. I cut the clouds and the deer otu of another sheet of this line of paper to use as embellishment. I also used some cute new stickers for the title and the journaling. I tell you what, Cristal and Cherrie really have an effect on my scrapbooking! I love the things they gave me. Wasn't that so nice? It is different than my usual, but I love it! So another huge Thank You to each of them!! So here is this one:

Close up of pic...isn't he a doll? LOL! I know, I'm partial, but can't help it. This photo was taken this past summer.

This last LO is doing double duty for me. I am using it for the November "Felt It" Challenge at Treasured Scrapbooking and for the DIY November Single Sketch Challenge. The challenge at TS was to use felt. I used white felt on my Hello Kitty, which I cut with Cristal's sizzix while in Nashville. The sketch is from Jess at DIY. I used some velvety prima's. The white dots and definition of sweet are both rub on's. I also incorporated some bling, stickles, and distressing:

Close up of Hello Kitty I pieced together:

Close up of title, "Girly Girls." This pic is of me and my niece, Autumn Grace. We definitely both are such girly girls! I got these cute glittery alpha's from a friend at Just Scrappin'. I had won them in our recent crop.

Last, but not least, I made this altered cookie caddy for this week's challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot. The challenge this week was to make an altered item using your cuttlebug. So I used a tutorial to make a paper basket. I used the Ornaments and Snow Embossing folders for the panels. I used some gingerbread man die cuts for the decoration. I added some stickles to them for the 'icing.' Then, I am in love with this ribbon. I got it at Hobby Lobby, It say's "Christmas Cookies" on the ribbon. I am going to put some homemade cookies in this to give as a hostess gift when I go to a cookie swap this month.

Thanks for looking! Mom and I are working on Christmas Cards and I will post those soon! Have a wonderful day today!!!!
